Brisbane based food & beverage photographer

Markus Ravik is a Brisbane-based photographer specialising in food and beverage photography for the hospitality industry. With a keen eye for light, texture, and atmosphere, he works with restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels across South East Queensland to create images that are as appetising as the food itself.

His client list includes some of Brisbane's most recognised venues and publications — from Hyatt Regency and Sofitel to Fatcow on James St, Backhide, and Central Restaurant & Bar, with editorial work appearing in Brisbane Times and Gourmet Traveller.

Before moving into food and hospitality, Markus built his craft as a music and events photographer, covering over 1,200 concerts and festivals across Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Photography from Griffith University and a Professional Photography Diploma from the Brisbane College of Photography & Art, and has been recognised with awards including Pedestrian.TV + Canon Music Photographer of the Year.
